Responsibilities:

Susan is head of the Family Department. She specialises in Family Law with emphasis on the financial consequences of the breakdown of relationships with particular expertise in the field of complex financial disputes within the breakdown of a marriage, civil partnership, or unmarried relationship. She has significant knowledge of drafting pre-nuptial agreements. She also carries vast experience of dealing with cases involving the resolution of disputes relating to children.

Profile:

Susan qualified as a solicitor in 1992. She is a longstanding member of the Law Society Specialist Children Panel and Family Law Panel. She is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and a member of Resolution. She has successfully applied for membership of the Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme and is one of only four members in the Brighton and Hove area.
