Responsibilities:

Linda acts for a broad spectrum of commercial property clients including developers, housing associations, charities, banks, utility companies and private individuals advising on all aspects of buying, selling and leasing commercial properties and development sites.

Profile:

Linda joined the firm in March 2006 from a City firm where she specialised in commercial property development work with a particular emphasis on public-private partnerships. Linda now undertakes a wide range of commercial property work including disposals, acquisitions, property development, secured lending, commercial leases and business transfers.

Achievements and other appointments:

• Linda is a dual-qualified solicitor, having trained and practised at a leading law firm in her native country, Ireland, before being admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002.
