Jo's specialist area of work includes divorce and civil partner dissolution including financial settlements, disputes relating to children, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, and pre-nuptial agreements for civil partners. She has particular expertise in how the law affects the lesbian and gay family.

Jo qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined the firm in 2006 having previously practised in London and Reading.
