Our Approach to Funding

The family team offer a fully inclusive service for privately paying and publicly funded (formerly known as Legal Aid) clients.

We will be entirely straight with you in relation to our hourly charge out rates, disbursements, and will provide you with written estimates of costs which will be updated regularly. We understand the importance of clarity at the outset of a case in relation to issues of funding.

We pride ourselves in the high quality service that we provide to publicly funded clients particularly those involved in Care Proceedings.
