We are pleased to announce that our Long Leasehold Team have recently been awarded the 'Regional Solicitor of the Year' award at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2010. These awards were organised by News on the Block, the leading publication in this sector which provides help and advice to flat owners.
The Awards were judged by an independent panel comprising Georgiana Hibberd of RICS Professional Group, Bob Smytherman of the Federation of Private Residents' Associations and Peter Rodd of the Law Society Property Section.
