Although acquiring the freehold reversion will usually be the preferred option for groups of lessees, there will be many occasions when this is for some reason not appropriate.
In those situations the right to manage provides a valuable tool for groups of Lessees who wish to control the way in which their block of flats is run. This right was only brought into force in October 2003 but already we have successfully obtained the right to manage for a number of blocks of flats.
